Man died in motorcycle accident on Governor Lane Boulevard

A Greencastle, Pa., man died after the bike he was riding crashed into a sport utility vehicle Thursday morning at the crossing point of Governor Lane Boulevard and Industrial Lane close Williamsport.

James Frederick Kershner, 61, was professed dead at Meritus Medical Center east of Hagerstown, Deputy first Class Carly Hose said in an email. 

The mischance happened at around 4:30 a.m. only west of the Rust-Oleum plant. 

The roadway was shut for almost five hours while delegates researched the reason for the mishap. 

Hose said the reason for the accident most likely wouldn't be discharged until Friday at the soonest on the grounds that a mishap reconstructionist was dissecting the confirmation. 

She said the driver of the SUV was not harmed. 

The vehicles were cleared from the scene at around 9:15 a.m.
